Sheet Alerts

Deadline reminders straight from your spreadsheet

Tell Sheet Alerts to email the person in column E three days before the date in column C — unless column F says Done. Then close the file and forget about it.

How it works

  1. Point at your columns. Which tab, which date column, how many days ahead, and who should get the email.
  2. Save the rule. Sheet Alerts reads only the columns you picked, in the one spreadsheet you are working in.
  3. It runs on its own. Every hour, whether the file is open or not. A log tab in your spreadsheet shows exactly what went out.

What makes this different

Google Sheets can already email you when a cell changes — but only you, and without conditions. Sheet Alerts emails other people, on a schedule, based on rules you set.

We never touch your Gmail. Reminders are sent from our own server, not from your account. Sheet Alerts cannot read, send, or delete your email, and it cannot open your other files in Drive.

What it does not do
